The culture of VITAE is that all colleagues in the company can accommodate different viewpoints and fully discuss on the basis of science, thereby stimulating more creativity.

Collaboration

Mutual aid is a mindset based on altruism. With mutual altruism both parties can get benefit. If cooperation is always based on exchange, the value of public welfare will disappear. We encourage mutual assistance among colleagues, integrates the advantages of departments within the company, and expands to partnerships between enterprises, so that each unit can maximize its effectiveness and demonstrate its strengths.
 

Smart

Although we support a hard-working and diligent work attitude, we prefer to see that colleagues can find a more streamlined work process and reduce repetitive and tedious procedures, which not only effectively reduces the error rate of execution, but also improves the working mood. Speed

Extending working hours, sacrificing sleep time, and using twice the working time to complete the task in less days, this is completely different to our definition of "efficiency". In addition to smart working and simplifying tedious procedures, we have also introduced an online collaboration platform. The platform not only allows remote working, but also provides conference call and a flexible working-hours, to help colleagues perform tasks more freely and complete their work in the most effective way.

We strive to create an open company atmosphere where everyone, from top to bottom, can freely share their thoughts and engage in honest discussions. We take great pride in hostering this mode of communication.
